Lawrence Eiden, 68, 709 1/2 Prespect Ave., Wausau, died today at 3:30 a.m. in a Wausau nursing home.
Funeral service will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at Peterson Funeral home, and at 10;30 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, both in Wausau. The Rev. Thomas Mannion will officiate, and burial will be in St Joseph's Cemetery, Stevens Point, in the spring. Friends may call Sunday after 3:30 p.m. at the funeral home, where a parish rosary will be said Sundat at 7:30 p.m.
Mr. Eiden was born June 7, 1903, in Stevens Point, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Peter J. Eiden. He was a retired farmer and had lived in Wausau the past 19 years.
Survivors include a son, Francis, Abbotsford; two brothers, Peter 709 1/2 Prospect Ave., Wausau, and Frank, Yuma, Ariz; three sisters, Miss Clara Eiden, 709 1/2 Prospect Ave., Wausau, Sister Clarine, Park Falls, Miss Catherine Eiden, Denver, Colo; and five grandchildren.
