Mrs. Hackney was a native of Johnson County and a daughter of the late Virgil K. and Minnie L. Stout Harmon. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Doris Dugger, and by five sisters and a brother.
Mrs. Hackney was a former employee of Burlington Industries. She was a member of Sink Valley Baptist Church.
