San Fernando Mission was visible. The town is now called Sepulveda. John worked
at Lakeside Country Club Golf Course for 29 years where he met many movie stars.
Later John operated a poultry dressing plant on their acre and later at 7912
Woodley Avenue in Van Nuys for twenty years. They have resided at their home
there for 55 years. They were members of the 1st Lutheran Church in Van
Nuys.
