Alva Paul Vannoy, of Rocklin, passed away at Weimar last Thursday, following an illness. He was 61 years of age.
The deceased was a native of Kansas.
A resident of Rocklin for two years, he formerly owned and operated a cafe there. He held membership in the Masonic Lodge in Los Angeles.
Survivors include his wife, Katherine Vannoy of Rocklin; a daughter, Dakota Gailbreath of Auburn; sons, Harry and Leroy Vannoy of Reseda; Paul Vannoy of Ontario; and twelve grandchildren.
Funeral services were held in the Chapel of the Hills Saturday morning with Eureka Lodge officiating. Burial was in Forest Lawn cemetery in Glendale.
