Charles E. Tate died at his residence August 24 at the age of 66. Born in Virginia, Mr. Tate resided in Temple City for 15 years. Prior to retiring, Mr. Tate was a truck driver for 30 years, last with Western Car Loading Freight. He served in the U. S. Army during World War II.
Mr. Tate is survived by his wife, Nellie, step-son, John Moliskey of Glendale and two brothers.Funeral services were conducted by Forest Lawn Mortuary, Glendale, August 29 at 2 p.m. in the Little Church of the Flowers, Forest Lawn Glendale.
