Former Keosauquan Dies at Hollywood Home; Was Teacher In the Keosauqua Schools.

Mrs. Howard Paschal, 79, the former Nellie Stull of Keosauqua died in Hollywood, Calif., on January 7. She was born in Keosauqua July 18, 1866. She was the only daughter of Francis and Jane Daughrity Stull and was educated in the Keosauqua schools and attended Iowa Wesleyan college. Mrs. Paschal taught in the Keosauqua high school in 1888 and 1889.

Following her marriage to Howard Paschal of Albia she lived in Montana, Chicago, New York, Florida and California. For the past seven years, since Mr. Paschal's death, she has made her home in Hollywood Hotel in Hollywood, Calif.
She is survived by her two children, Marian Paschal of New York City and Major Stanley Paschal of the Army Air Corps, and by her brother, Ben Stull of Colorado. Burial services were at the Little Church of the Flowers at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Los Angles.

Devotion to her family, her relatives and friends, was one of Mrs. Paschal's strongest characteristics. For sixty years she has been a loyal member of the P.E.O. Sisterhood, which she joined in 1885, having been among its oldest living members.
