Petition for letters of administration was filed yesterday by Attorney George B. Cole for Public Administrator Girard, on the estate of Albert H. Livermore, who died February 16, 1899. The estate consists of cash in Bank of San Bernardino, $845.46; cash in Farmer's Exchange Bank, $35; cash on hand, 85 cents; gold watch and chain. There was no will and only one heir, Claude Livermore, aged 8 years, son of the deceased.

Funeral services for Claude F. Livermore, 56, who has been associated with various steel concerns here for 25 years, will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. tomorrow in the Church of the Recessional, Forest Lawn Memorial Park. A native of California, Mr. Livermore came to Los Angeles from San Bernardino in 1910. He died last Thursday at his home, 6816 Middleton St., Huntington Park. Mr. Livermore leaves his widow, Mrs. Eunice Livermore and a sister, Mrs. Ethel Warne of Ocean Beach.
