Funeral services for Mrs. Texanna Lanier, 86, will be conducted tomorrow at 1 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Temple City. Mrs. Lanier, who died last Thursday at the home of her son, Walter W., 804 W. 107th St., was a charter m ember of the First Baptist Church of Temple City and had been active in civic affairs in Temple City. She leaves six sons, Edward E., of Lewistown, Mont.; Carl S. and James G., of Aztec, N.M.; John S., of Pasadena; S.R. Lanier, of Temple City; and Walter; two sisters, Mrs. S. R. Coon and Mrs. Desda Edwards, of New York; a brother, C.J. Wood, of Mesa, Ariz.; 16 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. Interment will be at Forest Lawn Memorial-Park, under direction of Reed Bros. Tapley & Geiger Mortuary.
