Funeral services conducted for Tax Official RAYMOND D. KIRKLIGHTER, 51, chief of fraud division of the Los Angeles office of the Collector of Internal Revenue, were conducted yesterday in the Wee Kirk O' the Heather, Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Mr. Kirklighter died Tuesday after a heart attach suffered in his office in the Federal Building. He had headed the local fraud division for 10 years. He was a native of Pierce County, Georgia, a veteran of World War I and had been a California resident for 29 years.
He had been in Internal Revenue service since April 1, 1925. His home was at 4414 Ambrose Ave., Mr. Kirklighter leaves his widow LETTICE and a son, DONALD, a student at the U.S. Military Academy, West Point.
