Funeral services for Elmer Ray Garrett, 72, of 412 W Norwood Place, Alhambra, will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. today in the chapel of Turner, Stevens & Turner Alhambra Mortuary. Mr. Garrett served more than 20 years with the U.S. Postal Department. He leaves his widow, Nellie, a son, Dr. Clement C. Garrett; a daughter, Mrs. Elmerae Montgomery, two sisters, Mrs. Edith Grogan and Mrs. Fannie Anderson, and five grandchildren. Interment at Forest Lawn Memorial-Park will follow the services.
