Stephen J. Fairchild, late of 2231 North Lincoln Avenue, Altadena. Beloved father of Mrs. Sara Simmons of Burbank, and Mrs. Ellen Hand of Eagle Rock; also survived by eleven grandchildren; and great-granddaughter. Services, 10:00 a.m. today, at the Garden Chapel of Woods Glendale Mortuary, 511 South Central Avenue, Glendale. Interment, Forest Lawn-Glendale.
