Edna (Hostetler)Yutzy, 65, of 14721 Jewel Ave., Drakesville, Iowa died peacefully at her home on February 20, 2012. She was born in Buchanan County, Iowa on September 14, 1946 to Simon and Susie (Plank) Hostetler. On October 7, 1965 she married John R. Yutzy. She was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.

She is survived by her husband; nine children, David(Erma)Yutzy, Raymond(Ruth)Yutzy, Ruby(Jacob)Kuhns, all of Drakesville, Iowa, Susan(John Earl)Kuhns, Noah(Mary Edna)Yutzy, Martha(Milton)Gingerich, Betty(Harvey)Kuhns all of Bloomfield, Iowa, Christine(Jacob Lee)Miller of West Union, Ohio, Daniel(Faye)Yutzy of Garnett, Kansas; 60 grandchildren: three sisters, Wilma(John Henry)Whetstone of Sarasota, Florida; Betty(David)Yoder of Princeton, Kentucky, Ida(Mose)Graber of Jamesport, Missouri; six brothers, William(Sarah)Hostetler of Auburn, Kentucky, Noah(Katherine)Hostetler of Rexford, Montana, Levi Hostetler of Jamesport, Missouri, Chester(Irene)Hostetler of Westcliffe, Colorado, Lester Hostetler of Sarasota, Florida, and Eli Hostetler of Princeton, Kentucky.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be held on February 23, 2012 at the Raymond Yutzy residence with Minister in Charge Bishop David Wayne Schrock officiating. Burial will be a the Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Drakesville. Visitation will be at the John Yutzy residence from noon on Tuesday until Wednesday evening.
