Grover was born 1 yr after his mom married Ira Milton Brawley on 2 Dec 1891 • Maricopa, Arizona, I can't find his birth records, but it seems he is the son of Milton that we were looking for. He seems to have been raised by his step father Joseph Carroll, and used his last name. He came to his half sister's home (Milton's daughters) looking to meet his half sisters, whom didn't know about him. Family has passed down the story of the visit from a half brother. Fannie married Joseph in 1894.
