Died at 12:15 a.m. Friday at Jefferson Davis Memorial Hospital, Natchez Miss. He was 68, a native and resident of Wilkinson County, Miss., and a retired automobile mechanic.

Body at Berryhill Funeral Home, Woodville, Miss., for religious services at 2 p.m. Saturday conducted by Brother Bernard Waites. Burial in Day Cemetery, near Crosby, Miss.

Survived by his wife, Mrs. Donie Pritchard Day, Woodville; two sons, Edward Day, Mansfield, Mass., and Justin Day, Woodville; a stepson, Melvin Robinson, Natchez; two sisters, Mrs. Alberta Pritchard, Woodville, and Mrs. Murdock Pritchard, St. Paul, Minn.; a brother, Walker Day, Crosby, and six grandchildren.
