Agnes J. Fuehrer, 94, of Marshfield, and formerly of Milladore, died on Thursday, September 1, 2011, at Ministry St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield.

Agnes was born on January 23, 1917, in Blenker, to John and Rosalia (Linzmaier) Bayerl. She attended Milladore Grade School and obtained her GED later in life.

She was married to Mark Fuehrer in 1940 and he died in 2004. She did domestic work for various families in Marshfield for many years and volunteered at many organizations including working at St. Vincent de Paul in Marshfield.

Agnes enjoyed crocheting, playing cards, cooking, helping at church funeral meals and traveling.

Agnes is survived by her children, William (Annette) Fuehrer of Milladore, Marvin (Lilamae) Fuehrer of Junction City, Marcella "Sally" (Robert) Thomson of Appleton, and Ray (Jeanne) Fuehrer of Hampshire, IL; and a daughter-in-law, Kathleen Fuehrer of West Bend; 17 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren. She is further survived by a sister, Margaret Bigalke of Stevens Point.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Joseph; three brothers; and three sisters.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 6, 2011, at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Milladore with Rev. Andrzej Panek officiating. Catherine Warnecke along with St.Wenceslaus Senior Choir will provide the music for the service. Burial will be in the St. Kilian's Cemetery in Blenker with her grandchildren serving as pallbearers.
