E. June Of Westfield, PA 85, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, November 27, 2005. Born October 30, 1920, in Harrison Twp., she was the daughter of Theron and Mae Smith Croft. On March 14, 1954 in Harrison Valley, she married Leonard (Tod) Abbott, who predeceased her in 1995.
She attended the Harrison Valley Christian & Missionary Alliance Church and was a member of the Potter Brook Happy Hour Club. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Surviving are a son, Garry (Vicki) Abbott of Sharpsburg, GA; a daughter, Dixie (Harold) Reisinger of Ulysses; three grandsons, Chris (Cynthia) Hurler, Ryan (Carla) Hurler, and Nathan (Starr) Abbott, all of Westfield; and three great-grandchildren, Jadyn Abbott, Justin Abbott, and Calyssa Hurler.
In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by a son, Terry, who died in 1975; and a grandson, Cory, who died in 1993.
Friends may call Tuesday, November 29th, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Olney Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 621 S. Main St., Ulysses, PA. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday in the Harrison Valley Christian & Missionary Alliance Church. The Rev. Timothy H. Miller, Pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, Potter Brook. Memorials may be made to the Riverview Cemetery Association, c/o Lynne Skinner, 143 Potter Brook Road, Westfield, PA 16950, or the CMA Church, Harrison Valley, PA 16927.
