Mrs. Josephine Gahagan
Mrs. Josephine (Taylor) Gahagan, 87, formerly of 1104 Ferry St., died at 8:55 p.m. Saturday in St. Elizabeth Hospital where she had been a patient since Dec. 18. She had been in ill health since June. From October until she entered the hospital, she was a patient in the National Nursing Home in Frankfort.
She was born in Romney and reared in Ambia, coming to Lafayette in 1905. She was married first in 1906 to Harry H. Henry who died in 1924. She then married Marion M. Gahagan in 1929. He died in 1942.
She was a member of the Holy Trinity English Lutheran Church.
Surviving are two sons, Gordon Henry and Howard Henry, both of Lafayette, and one sister, Mrs. Maude Goodman of Lafayette.
FUNERAL NOTICE:

Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Soller-Baker Main Chapel. Services there at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Pastor H.C. Stolldorf officiating. Interment Spring Vale Cemetery. Also surviving is one granddaughter, Mrs. Patricia Cooper of Lafayette and two great-granddaughters, Sue and Connie Cooper, Lafayette.
