Sara J. Hammon, 46, Route 294, wife of Leon S. Hammon, died of cardiac arrest Thursday afternoon at Sunset Nursing Home, where she had been a resident since November.

The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Trainor Funeral Home with Rev. Jeremy Duncan, pastor of the Boonville United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Wildwood Cemetery, Lyons Falls.

Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
