Actor. Wilson is best remembered for his television roles as 'High Strung' on "Roll Out" from 1973 to 1974, 'Earl Chambers' on "That's My Mama" from 1974 to 1975, 'Phil Wheeler' on "Sanford Arms" in 1977, 'Jim-Jam' on "The Redd Foxx Show" in 1986, and as 'Durwood M. Pinner' on "You Can't Take It With You" from 1987 to 1988. Wilson also appeared in films including, "The Vagrant" (1992), "Life Stinks" (1991), "Sweet Bird Of Youth" (1989), "Maid To Order" (1987), "Stewardess School" (1986), "The Ambush Murders" (1982), "Loose Shoes" (1980), "Run For The Roses" (1978), "The Love Boat" (1976), "Black Eye" (1974), "Cleopatra Jones" (1973), and "Cotton Comes To Harlem" (1970). He also appeared on many television shows including, "Quantum Leap", "Family Matters", "227", "The Twilight Zone", "Good Times", "What's Happening!", "The Jeffersons", "The Partridge Family", and "Kojak." Wilson died from AIDS on July 21, 1991, at the age of 46, in Los Angeles, California.
