Walter A. Tulley
Walter A. Tulley, 81, of 1818 North Twelfth Street, died Wednesday night in a local nursing home.
Born in Wallowa, Ore., Nov. 14, 1882, he attended law school in Portland and later moved to Parma. He came to Boise in 1930, He was secretary and business manager of the Bartenders and Culinary Workers Union Local until his retirement a few years ago. He married Mrs. Eva Imus in Idaho City July 1, 1950.
In addition to his wife, he leaves a son, Ralph Tulley, Provo, Utah; three daughters, Mrs. Frances Grudzinsky; Pocatello; Mrs. Ruth Myers and Mrs. Marrietta Reisbeck, both Portland; three stepsons, Robert, Ernest and Ray Matthews, all Boise; three stepdaughters, Mrs. Edythe Allumbaugh and Mrs. Goldie Lewis, both Boise, and Mrs. Virginia Ihme, Lisbond, N.D., and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The Rev. Dr. Randle R. Mixon and the Rev. Charles Brown will conduct services at 2:30 p.m. Saturday in Summers Chapel, with interment in Cloverdale.
