Andrew (Andy) Hawkins, 82, Route 4. Fairmont died Tuesday morning in Fairmont General Hospital. He was born May 30, 1888 in Marion County, a son of the late Joshua and Mary Boyce Hawkins.
He is survived by one son, James T. Hawkins, at home; two daughters, Mrs. Gerald (Genevieve) Conrad of Route 4 and Mrs. William (Flora Mae) Brown of Akron, Ohio; one brother, Harry Hawkins of Fairmont; and one sister, Mrs. Sara Reynolds of Route 4. There is also 12 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Two sons and one daughter are deceased.
Mr. Hawkins retired from Owens-Illinois in 1950 and was a member of Christ United Methodist Church.
