FUNERAL SERVICES HELD FOR MILO H. KENDAL
Funeral services for Milo H. Kendal, 75, who died April 27 at McMinnville, were held May 2 at the Macy's chapel. Burial was held at the Masonic cemetery.
Mr. Kendal attended the Kansas State Normal school at Topeka, and was graduated from the divinity school of Drake university in 1893. He also attended Butler university at Indianapolis, Ind.
He held pastorates at Christian churches at Strom Lake, Ia., and Fowler, Ind., and in 1900 Mr. Kendall returned to Drake to take his law degree. He was called to the McMinnville church in 1908 and held that pastorate until 1911 when he moved to Silverton. He returned to McMinnville in 1912 and entered the law profession with Brad Dawson. He continued in the profession until June 1940.
He is survived by his widow, Cora S. Kendal; two daughters, Ama J. Haevernick of Dayton and Lois Fay Kendal of Buhl, Ida.; two grandsons, Byron and Kendneth Haevernick, and a half brother, Sheridan Kendal of Los Angeles, Cal.

DAYTON WOMAN'S FATHER DIES IN MCMINNVILLE
DAYTON, April 30 – Word was received here Monday morning of the death of M.H. Kendall of McMinnville, father of Mrs. Ernest Haevernick of Dayton.
Mr. Kendall had been ill for several months. He was the pastor of the Christian church here for 13 years, but ended his pastorate because of failing health.
