"MRS. ABRAHAM BADER
Services for Mrs. Abraham Bader, a member of one of the first Syrian families to settle here, will be at 10:30 am tomorrow in St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church.
Mrs. Bader, the former Cecelia Kazhal, was 85 when she died on Monday in her home at 1316 Argonne Road, South Euclid.
She was born in Damascus and came her in 1890 at age 11. Two years later she married Abraham Bader, a men's clothing dealer, who settled here in 1874. Mr. Bader was 100 when he died in 1959.
Mrs. Bader was active in civic and charity work. Among the organizations she served were the Cleveland Heart Assn. and the Society for Crippled Children.
Surviving are three daughters, Jean and Evelyn Bader and Mrs. Blanche Swan; two sons, J. Alexander and William A.; nine grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
