OBITUARY
Egbert Chambers
Egbert Chambers of Eagle Point passed away at a local hospital Thursday.
Mr. Chambers was born April 24 1879 in Iowa and came to the Rogue River valley in 1925. He had been an employee of the Medford Corporation for 15 years, working on bridges near Butte Falls.
Besides his wife, he is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Joe Tice, Yelm, Wash.: Mrs. William Norling, Tacoma, Wash., and Mrs. William Dunlap, Eagle Point; two sons, Ray and Larry Chambers, of Eagle Point, also one sister, Mrs. Hiram Webb, Derby, Ore., and 11 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted from the Perl Funeral Home Saturday at 2 p.m., the Rev. D. E. Millard officiating. Interment will be in Butte Falls cemetery.
