A death occurred which brings forth sympathy to a wide circle and deep sorrow to the large family Ruedebusch in Mayville. Carl Ruedebusch and his wife grieve the death of their daughter. Alvin Dreger, the loss of his beloved wife who was torn from the side of her husband and the midst of her friends and relatives by bitter death after a short but severe illness on Monday evening. Mrs. Alvin Dreger was born Emma Ruedebusch on September 1, 1864 in Mayville, Wis., and reached the age of 29 years and 3 days. The deceased, before her marriage on Nov. 16, 1892, a saleswoman in the store of her father and found time in her life in between as a teacher. She was formerly asst. Principal of Horicon High School and teacher in a high school in St. Paul, Minnesota where she was successful and made a large circle of friends, those who know her are now devastated by her sudden death. Besides her deeply grieving husband, and her two week old little daughter, she is survived by her grieving parents, two brothers, Emil and Carl Ruedebusch, three sisters - Mrs. Carl Garling, Jr., and Misses Bertha and Lima Ruedebusch, as well as many other relatives and a large circle of friends. The burial took place this afternoon, Wednesday, at 2 o'clock on the Mayville Cemetery, where the mortal remains of the deceased were buried. The officiate was H. H. Forkmann. To the grieving survivors Wednesday express our heartfelt sympathy.
