John Arthur Jones Dies of Pneumonia
James Arthur Jones, 44 years old, a prominent young man of North Ogden died last evening at 7:20 o'clock at a local hospital from pneumonia after being ill for two weeks.
He was born in North Ogden, January 3, 1875, the son of John and Rhoda Berrett Jones. He is survived by his widow and the following children: Mrs. Louise Fleming, Ruth, Robert, Iris and Eva Jones. His mother and the following brothers and sisters also survive: Charles Jones, Miss Pearl Jones, Mrs. Mary Randall, Mrs. Jennie Shaw, Edmund Jones, Mrs. Elsie Redfield and Carl Jones. The deceased was an active church worker in the North Ogden ward. The body was taken to the Larkin & Sons establishment pending the funeral arrangements.
