Philip Edward Fesler had a most generous type of personality and had great heart and a real wry sense of humor too. Phil had real soul, and was a very gentle man, and a true gentleman as well. And he was an intelligent, tall good looking man, who was the kind of person that would go out of his way to assist friends, family or even strangers.
Phil was a very industrious man. He spent many years working as a highly valued and most respected security professional for Securitas in Santa Rosa, Ca. He also worked in his family's business Vic's Printing, located in Laytonville, Ca.
Phil enjoyed fine dining, photography, the beach; especially Baker Beach and Santa Cruz Beach. As well as swimming, surfing, and he loved animals and the outdoors.
Phil was very interested in traveling and also learning how to play golf once he retired. And he loved returning home to Laytonville, Ca when he retired in October of 2011.
Phil is survived by his Mother Carrel and Father Victor Bergstedt of Laytonville Ca. His Brother Michael Fesler of Ukiah, Sister Kathleen Kelly of Ukiah, Brother Steven Fesler of Syksville MD, his Brother Daniel Fesler of Willits, Ca. And his longtime girlfriend Kristine Froschl.
