Amede died and was buried in Adams, MA. His funeral was at Notre Dame Church which I was told did their burials at Maple Street.
Obit lists him as Amede Leveque, so may have been buried under that name as well.
Also looking for Eva (b. 1884- d. 1885) and Peter Levack (b. 1889 - d. 1891) who died and were buried in Adams, MA.

--Amede Leveque died at his home on Edmunds street Monday morning at 5(?) o'clock at the age of 29 years after an illness of pneumonia. He was well known about town and had been engaged as hostler for Miss Lurana Brown. He was a man of christian principles and purposes, a member of the Church of Notre Dame and was in every way worthy of the respect and confidence of his large number of friends. He leaves a wife and three children. The funeral occurred from the Church of Notre Dame Wednesday morning at 9 o'clock, Rev. Fr. Langlois officiating.
