Opal is the daughter of Oscar Lewis Stephens and Mattie Stewart Stephens and the mother of Donald Kelvin Reece and Harold M. "Buddy" Reece; the grandmother of Donald G. Reece, Jerry W. Reece, Terry L. Reece and Gary A. Reece.
Opal enjoyed doing embroidery, sewing and was on a bowling league for many years. She also loved spending time with her brothers and sisters.
Opal was the wife of Daniel Calvin Reece. In October of 1948, Opal married Marshall L. Ramsey in Arkansas.
