Colonel Henry McComb served with the 5th Delaware Infantry during the Civil War. Husband of Elizabeth K. Bush McComb. Father of His parents were both born in Ireland and his father was a blacksmith. Henry was a leather manufacturer at one time and fathered at least 4 children. He was the President of Mississippi Central Railroad and the New Orleans, Jackson and Great Northern Railroad. He had a city named after him in Mississippi.
