Obit - The Sault Daily Star 3/26/1921 Mrs. L. Daviaux, 101 Years Of Age Died This Morning She Was Born at Michipicoten Harbor in 1820 Mrs. Louise Daviaux, one of the oldest residents of the Sault and district, died this morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J. Demoliter, 43 Algoma avenues. Mrs. Daviaux was 101 years of age. She was born at Michipicoten River in 1820. She leaves one son, Charles, of Michipicoten Island, with whom she lived until four years age, when she came to the city to make her home with her daughter, Mrs. J. Demoliter, and three daughters, Mrs. Demoliter, Mrs. Mary Brassar of Sault, Mich., and Mrs. Alexander McDonald of the city. The funeral will take place Monday morning at 9 o'clock from the Sacred Heart church. Interment will be made in the Sacred Heart cemetery.
