David H. BROOKER, 77, 115 Northgate Circle, died at 1 a.m. Sunday at St. Joseph Hospital, South Bend.
He was born in Fulton County, to Edwin and Mabel CRABILL BROOKER.
Mr. Brooker worked at the Seattle, Wash., Museum for 40 years. He was a member of the Northwest Labor Union and a lifetime member of the Seattle American Legion. He served with the U.S. Navy in the South Pacific during World War II. He enjoyed stamp and coin collecting.
Survivors include one sister, Mrs. Jean ANDERSON, Rochester; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Preceding in death were his parents, one son, one sister, Mildred JONES, and one brother, Edwin BROOKER.
Services are at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home, Rochester, with Rev. Vince WILEZYNSKI officiating. Burial will be at Moon Cemetery, northwest of Rochester. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association.
