Funeral services were conducted December 30 from the chapel of Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Mendenhall with interment in New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery in Mt. Olive.
She is survived by a son, James Box of Mendenhall; a daughter, Billie Smith of Mendenhall; a sister, Anne Mae Bryant of Prentiss; 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first and second husbands, Clifton B. Box and Howard Womack; a daughter, Ann Joyce Amason; a great-granddaughter, Kristy Davis; six brothers, Floyd Brewer, Charlie Brewer, Willie Brewer, Cleveland Brewer, Otis Brewer, and C. W. Brewer; and sisters, Winnie Dollar and Lenoa Ainsworth.
