Leonidas H. Inscho
Birth: Feb. 20, 1840
Death: Nov. 12, 1907

Civil War Congressional Medal of Honor Recipient. He served as a First Lieutenant in the Union Army. He was awarded the CMOH as a Corporal in Company E, 12th Ohio Infantry for action on September 14, 1862 at South Mountain, Maryland. His citation reads "Alone and unaided and with his left hand disabled, captured a Confederate captain and four men." (bio by: Don Morfe)
