JoAnne C. Barlow, 85, of Columbus, GA died Friday, December 9, 2011 at St. Francis Hospital.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, December 14, 2011 at St. Thomas Episcopal Church with the Reverend Doug Hahn and the Reverend Lorna Erixson officiating. There will be a private interment at the Ft. Benning Main Post Cemetery.
Mrs. Barlow was born August 11, 1926 in Westchester, PA; daughter of the late Griffith S. Clark and Josephine Offley Clark. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church. She was a loving wife and mother who dedicated her life to her husband throughout his military career. She was a beautiful person who was loved and will be missed by all.
Survivors include her husband of 65 years, Ken B. Barlow, Jr. of Columbus, GA; daughters, Sudi Andrews of Columbus, GA and Robin Barlow of Athens, GA; and grandchildren, Joy Sargent (Chris) of Columbus, GA, Adam Shy (Elizabeth) of Chico, CA and Zachary Shy (Laura) of Oakland, CA.
