Kenneth, "Rollie Pollie" Boyette, 51, of Bardin, passed away Saturday, December 31, 2011, very suddenly from natural causes.
He was a native of Palatka and a lifelong resident of Bardin. He was a 1978 graduate of Palatka high School and loved his family very much. he enjoyed NASCAR and was an avid Georgia Bulldog fan. He loved working in the woods, working as a logger for 33 years. He started with 4-C Timber and ended up woring with S. J. Mills Logging.
He was preceded in death by his father, Tommy "Shorty Boyette and his grandparents, George and Annie Boyette and Alic and Agnes Howard.
He is survived by his Mother, Ruth Boyette of bardin; sisters, Theresa Sweat (Bill) and Misti Davis (Steve), all of Palatka; brothers, Greg Boyette, Tommy Boyette and Mickey Boyette, all of Palatka; special nieces and nephews, Thomas Boyette, Tyler Boyette, Zachery Gurthie, Alexis Sweat, Zeth Sweat, Justin Weigel, Michael Boyette, Jade Davis, Taylor Davis, Paige Davis and Steve Davis, III, all of Palatka, along with special friends, Angel Richie, Mikah Atkinson, Seth atkinson, and Franklin Cole Ausborne, all of Bardin.
Funeral services were held 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at the Johnson-Overturf Funeral Home in Palatka with with Pastor Wes Taylor. Burial followed at Etoniah Cemetary in Bardin.
