EVELYN CLUFF DAVIS passed peacefully Tuesday, December 21, 2010, after a prolonged illness. She was born on 3/14/1930, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Melvin & Edyth Cluff, and was preceded in death by them, and her two sisters, Gayle & Zena Beth. Evelyn married Glen Davis in 1949, and together they moved to Chicago to finish his education at Northwestern Dental School. During this time, they had their first born, daughter, Sandy. The new family moved to San Bernardino, where one boy a year was added to the family - Randall Davis, Dr. Terry Davis, and Donald Davis. Evelyn cared for the family as Glen served at Norton Air Force Base as a military dentist and in private practice in San Bernardino for 40 years. Evelyn was a devoted wife & homemaker, and volunteered her time as church pianist, Jr. Choir Director, and with the Assistance League. She and Glen retired in Vista, CA, in 1993. She will be remembered for her love of music, her faith, her beloved pets, and her loving kindness. Evelyn is survived by Glen; their four children; 10 grandchildren; and 5 great grandsons. Memorial Service is scheduled for Monday, December 27, at 12:30 P.M., LDS Church, 1545 S. Melrose Dr., Vista, CA. Interment will be at Eternal Hills Cemetery, Oceanside, CA.
