He served in Capt. Nathan Rowley's Co. of Colonel Robinson's Hampshire County, MA. Regiment at Ticonderoga in 1776 and 1777 and represented Ludlow in General in General Court 1808.

Joshua Fuller is also the son of Elisha Fuller and Rebecca Waterman.
They have a daughter, Susanna Fuller, who married Perley Munger, son of Joseph Munger. Joseph was one of the first physicians in Ludlow. He served as a surgeon at Sacket Harbor in the War of 1812. Susanna was born April 21, 1780 and died April 30, 1805.
