Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon,Sept.19 at Hubbard Funeral Home for Willie A. Vornsand,56,who was found dead at his home north of Weimar Saturday.
Burial was in the Masonic Cemetery,Rev.Frank Horak officiated.
Born near Kickler,Lavaca County,June 10,1909,Mr.Vornsand was a son of William [Willie G.] and Frieda Hartmann Vornsand.He married Miss Elizabeth Grohmann here Jan.___,and they lived in this area since.
