A Remarkable Family JOSIAH BOLTON, father of his family, was born in eastern Tennessee, December 22, 1822 and died January 18, 1909. He was a member of the Regular United Baptist Church for 50 or more years, the last 25 years spent in preaching the gospel.

ELIZABETH STANFIL BOLTON was born November 8, 1823/1828 in eastern
Tennessee and died November 26, 1900. The parents moved to Whitley
County, Kentucky where they grew to womanhood and manhood. They were
married in 1845 and to them, 17 children were born, 15 were raised to be grown and with families. A family reunion at Bixby, Oklahoma was with eleven surviving children. Their mother was 50 years old when the youngest was born. three are preachers.

JOHN W. BOLTON of Bonanza, Colorado, age 65, with two children and nine grandchildren.
PERLINA WHITE, deceased, had two children and nine grandchildren.
C. W. BOLTON, deceased, had 8 children, 33 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
SAMPSON BOLTON, deceased, had 5 children, and 16 grandchildren.
MALINDA MOON of Frederick, Okla., age 58, has five children and 11 grandchildren.
JAMES P. BOLTON, deceased, had one child and 5 grandchildren.
JOSIAH BOLTON, age 54, of Williamsburg, Kentucky, has 10 children and 4 grandchildren.
W S BOLTON, age 52, of Coweta, Ok., has 4 children, 5 grandchildren.
W R BOLTON, age 50, of Bixby, Okla., has 7 children and 5 grandchildren.
SUSAN B. COX, age 48, of Bixby, Okla., has 11 children and 7 grandchildren.
C M BOLTON, age 46, of Mulberry, Arkansas, has 9 children and 3
grandchildren.
LOURANDIA JOHNSTON, age 43, of Dover, Ark., has ten children, 1 grandchild.
C B BOLTON, age 40, of Hot Springs, Ark., has one child.
ELIZA SMITH, of Holdenville, Okla., has five children.
Of the 15 children, four are deceased and 11 living.
Mrs. C. W. BOLTON, widow of C. W. Bolton from Hollis, Okla., represented his family at the reunion.
