Paul Earl Featherby of 518 Floral Ave., died today, Monday, Oct. 19 in Canon City. He was born March 29, 1888 in Sterling, Kans., and was 93.
Mr. Feartherby had lived in Canon City the past 26 years, moving here from Washington D.C. He was a retired carpenter by occupation and a veteran of World War I. He was also a member of First United Methodist Church.
He was married May 18, 1917 in Tulsa, Okla. to Bessie May Elliott. She survives, as does a daughter, Patricia Lee Kent of Houston, Texas and a granddaughter, Marsha Ann Blasingame of Medical Lake, Wash.
Pending funeral arrangements are by Wilson Almont Mortuary.
