Youngest child of Sir Henry Percy, 2nd Earl of Northumberland, Lord Percy, Descendant pf King Edward III by Eleanor de Neville, daughter of Sir Ralph de Neville.
Wife of Thomas Hungerford, married before 16 Oct 1460, the date of the marriage charter. They had two daughters, Elizabeth and Mary.
Thomas Hungerford sided with the Lancastrians, was attained and put to death near Salisbury as a traitor 18 Jan 1469.
Anne married again, before 06 June 1476 to Sir Laurence Raynsford, Knight of Colchester and Bradfield, Essex, of Alpheton and Great Whelnetham, Suffolk, son of Sir William Raynsford by Eleanor, daughter and heiress of Edmund de Broxbourne. Laurence had been previously married to Elizabeth de Fiennes, widow of William Cromer of Tunstall, Kent then Alexander Iden of Kent. She was the daughter of Sir James de Fiennes, Lord Say. Anne and Laurence had children. Laurnce died testate 18 Sept 1490.
Anne married a third time to Sir Hugh Vaughan of Littleton and St Peter, Westminster, Middlesex, Captain of Jersey who died testate in 1536.
Anne died 05 July 1522 and was buried at Long Melford, Suffolk.
