Professional Baseball Player. Born in Memphis, Tennessee, on May 12, 1953, Duncan first played baseball for Grant High School from 1969 to 1971 before turning professional. At 6'0", and 170lbs, he was drafted by the Atlanta Braves in the 1st round of the 1971 Amateur Draft. On September 17, 1977, he made his major league debut at the age of 24, and played for the St. Louis Cardinals in 1977, and the Oakland Athletics in 1978. He also a had a 10 year career playing baseball in Japan.
