Mrs. Geneva Lester, 31, of Guyan died at 11 p.m. Sunday at her home. Born March 11, 1939, at Guyan, she was a daughter of Mrs. Ruby Parton Morgan of Guyan and the late Harrison Morgan. Survivors include her husband, Junior Ras Lester; two sons, Sammy and Randy, and four daughters, Melinda , Athaline, Ilene and Diane, all at home; three brothers, Dorsey of Davin, Lowell of Indianapolis, Ind., and James of Guyan, and eight sisters, Mrs. Mildred Simpson of Alaska, Mrs. Lizzie Brown of Hanover, Mrs. Rita Jessie of Kernersville, N.C., Mrs. Dorothy Goins of Mount Airy, N.C., Mrs. Julie Wallace of Guyan and Teresa, Kathy and Sherry Morgan, all at home. The funeral will be at 2 p.m, Wednesday in the Missionary Baptist Church at Guyan with Rev. Rice Browning in charge. Burial will be in the Hatfield Cemetery at Guyan. The body will be taken to the home at 11 a.m. today from Evans Funeral Home in Oceana.
