Eula was born to parents, Charles Parker Byrd and Bessie Donaldson Byrd. She married William Ollie in 1925. She had two children that died young, Waldo Ollie who died in 1930 at 2 yrs old, and a baby girl that died at birth in 1937. She was survived by one son, 2 sisters, and 3 grandchildren.
