Funeral services for Mary Sue Terral Eldridge, 76, of Calhoun, LA will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, October 26, 2013, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA with Rev. Terry Mims officiating. Interment will follow in Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery in Farmerville, LA.

Mrs. Eldridge was born in Union Parish on July 30, 1937, and died suddenly in her home earlier this week. Sue dedicated the last thirty years of her life to the rescue of animals in Ouachita Parish. She was a founding member of the River Cities Humane Society for cats, where she made many lifelong friends and was also a devoted member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Monroe, LA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Max D. Eldridge; parents, E.C. and Lona Grace Odom Terral; brother, Lane Terral; and son, Junior Eldridge.

Survivors include her daughter, Donna (Becky) Harris and husband, Claude; and grandchildren, Jason Eldridge and wife, Jenny, Justin Harris and Stephanie Harris.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 P.M. until Service Time on Saturday.
