Paul F. Bault, 71, of Freedom passed away at his residence on Thursday, December 15, 2011. He was born in Owen County on March 22, 1940 to Leroy and Edna (Wallace) Bault. He was the owner and operator of the former Bault Mobile Home Service in Patricksburg and most recently the founder, in 1993, of Ionic Cut Stone in Spencer. Paul was a member of the Indiana Limestone Institute and Building Stone Institute. Mr. Bault had been a member of Rock of Freedom Book of Acts Ministries since 2006. He loved to tell jokes and dance to all kinds of music with his friends and family.

Mr. Bault is survived by his wife of 52 years, Jessie (Smith) Bault; son, Franklin (Deborah) Bault of Patricksburg; daughters, Dianna (Bryan) Freeman, Lisa (John) Anderson all of Spencer, and Annetta (Rick) Shelton of Merrillville; brothers, Roy Bault of Cloverdale, David Bault of Cataract and Albert Mardis of California; sisters, Esther Belcher of Florida, Christine Hinton of Patricksburg and Bonnie Mardis-Dell of Canada; 16 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Tom Bault and Jerry Bault; and sisters, Ruth Cornell, Martha Inman and Sue Mardis.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m., Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at West & Parrish & Pedigo Funeral Home in Spencer. Pastor Franklin Bault will officiate. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery. Friends may visit 4-8 p.m., Tuesday and 8:30 a.m. until service time on Wednesday.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
