Mrs. Fannie R. Clay, widow of Harry E. Clay, died at 7 o'clock last night at home of her daughter, Mrs. Dessie Myers, 446 North West Street. She was aged 68 years.

Mrs. Clay was a member of the Grace United Brethren Church and Sunday School.

In addition to Mrs. Myers she is survived by another daughter, Mrs. Diller Stine, of Carlisle; a son, George Clay, Harrisburg, four grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon at the J. C. Lutz and Son funeral parlors, 141 North Hanover Street. Burial will be in Plainfield Bethel Church Cemetery. Rev. Dr. Ira S. Ernst, pastor of Grace United Brethren Church, will officiate. Friends may call Friday night at the funeral parlors.
