Born August 20, 1967 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Douglas John and Susan LaRue Saunders Bloomquist. Married Iris Hayes. Douglas was a very good husband and father. He was dearly loved by his family and his many friends. ''We will always love and miss you''.
Survived by his wife, Iris; daughter, Devan Sue Bloomquist; parents; sister, Debbie Sue (Troy) Chancellor; brother, Darrell Clint (Shannon) Bloomquist; grandparents: Thelma and Darrell Walker; LaRue Bloomquist.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, December 4, 1993, 2 p.m. Redwood Memorial Estates, 6500 So. Redwood Road, where friends may call one hour prior to services.
