FOUND DEAD ON BED - Franklin Hutchison, 88, Was Life Long Resident of Venice Centre. Franklin Hutchison, 83 years of age, a life long resident of Venice Centre, was found dead yesterday morning between 10 and 11 o'clock at the home of his sister, Mrs. Caroline Kenyon, about one and one-half miles south of Venice Centre, where he was staying alone. Mr. Hutchison called on neighbors Wednesday evening and seemed to be in apparent good health but when he did not make his morning calls on relatives as was his custom, an investigation was made and he was found dead on his bed. Dr. B. K. Hoxie of Sherwood, who was immediately summoned, stated that the man had been dead a couple of hours, pronounced death due to natural causes and gave permission for removal of the body to the home of his son, Arthur Hutchison, one-half mile from Venice Centre where the funeral will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment will be made in Venice Centre Cemetery.

Beside his son Arthur, he leaves two daughters, Mrs. Ettie Botsford of Rochester and Mrs. Grace Lurcox of Johnson City, N.Y., one sister, Mrs. Caroline Kenyon of Venice Centre, and three brothers, Amos of Venice Centre, John of Auburn and Alpheus of Moravia. THE AUBURN CITIZEN, FRIDAY, MAY 19, 1916.

Inscription

I searched the entire cemetery and could not find the grave.

I tried to find the Franklin Hutchinson burial this fall but failed.

They don't appear in the Cayuga Co. NYGenWeb cemetery list for this cemetery.
